Tasting
MICHEL ROLLAND
A beautiful presentation for this 2016 with its deep crimson colour. The nose is warm and expressive, it opens up to offer woody notes, evocative of sandalwood and roasting.
The attack is smooth on the palate, revealing a dense, silky texture with a strong presence of ripe, melting tannins, leaving an impression of elegance and opulence on the palate.
The wood is the perfect match for the maturity of the fruit. The fruity, spicy finish lingers generously, contributing to the harmony of the wine.
